I had one problem which shutdown my practice management software for a few days. The initial tech was unable to resolve the issue and the problem wasn't escalated to a higher level until the weekend, which was frustrating, time-consuming, and more expensive. The issue was pretty quickly resolved once it was escalated. And I later learned I can ask for an escalation to a higher level of service at any time.
