What specific goals or objectives did you hire Corize Inc. to accomplish for your business?

We hired Corize Inc. to jointly develop a production management system and CRM platform for a Japanese client.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Corize Inc. was responsible for frontend development, delivering user dashboards, management screens, responsive layouts, and API-integrated interfaces. The team mainly focused on frontend development, but they also had a strong understanding of the backend architecture.

We found them through a referral. We chose them because they were close to our geographic location, their pricing fit our budget, and they were a great culture fit.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement lasted from April 2021–July 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The client was very satisfied with the product, continues to actively use the system, and is still working with us on ongoing maintenance and support. We focused on user adoption, system stability, and operational feedback rather than detailed cost metrics. User adoption exceeded 80%, and the system has been running stably without critical issues.

How did Corize Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Corize Inc.'s team followed a structured workflow, communicated clearly, and met the agreed deadlines. We primarily communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Corize Inc.'s understanding of Japanese work culture, Japanese-language communication, and hands-on CTO support were the most impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There were no major issues. Minor improvements in early-stage UI alignment could have made the process even smoother.
