CoolPage is a software house from northern Poland, working under the same brand since 2006. We design and build custom web software for companies and founders: web portals, dedicated business applications and marketplace integrations.
Our portal work covers classifieds, auction services, marketplaces, community sites and booking platforms. For companies we build internal applications that replace spreadsheets and connect to the accounting, warehouse and payment systems they already use. A growing part of our work is e-commerce automation: software that pulls offers from Allegro, maps them to eBay categories and item specifics, translates and adapts them with large language models checked by validation rules, and keeps stock and prices in sync. It handles millions of offers across many eBay marketplaces.
We also take over systems left behind by previous contractors, starting with a fixed-price takeover audit that ends with a written report.
Every project starts with a first working version. Development then continues in monthly packages of 40 to 240 hours, so clients know the budget in advance and can change priorities each month. Our hourly rate is public.

Our Story
Wiesław Płotka started CoolPage in 2006, after five years of building websites. The idea has not changed since: write software a company can actually run its business on, and stay with it after launch. We publish our rates, start every project with a working first version and grow it month by month. Today that means custom web portals, business applications and AI-assisted marketplace software that handles millions of offers.
