As the Project Manager at Future Connect, I am overseeing the collaboration with Convosoft Ltd to enhance our student application process and optimize our internal operations. The scope of this project includes:

CRM Implementation & Optimization – Developing a customized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to automate student inquiries, track applications, and provide real-time analytics for better decision-making.
Application Pipeline Automation – Streamlining the student application process with digital document management, verification tools, and automated status updates to improve efficiency.
Website & Student Portal Development – Creating a user-friendly student portal where applicants can track their progress, submit required documents, and receive real-time updates. Additionally, an admin dashboard will be developed to facilitate seamless case management for our team.
Communication & Engagement System – Implementing AI-powered chatbots, automated emails, and multi-channel communication (WhatsApp, SMS, and email) to ensure smooth interaction with students.
Training & Support – Conducting training sessions for our staff to familiarize them with the new systems and providing ongoing technical support to ensure long-term success.
