During the period of our engagement, as part of the "Booking process improvements" hypothesis, we simplified the booking process by redesigning the booking pages, adding information about on-site first aid courses and elements/information that build trust. Thus, we got excellent results from the experiment:

Desktop:

CR uplift - 8.42%;
ARPU uplift - 24.68%.

As well as within the "Improvements on Course Page" hypothesis, by implementing a new course page layout, improving navigation on the course page, adding social proof elements and trust signals, as well as information about trainers and highlighting the 'Book on site' option,we got just as excellent results:

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Through a recommendation from another company - LeadChat. Conversion Rate Store were highly recommended for the work they did with optimizing the sales funnel there, so we decided to give it a try. Haven't regretted it since.

The team has a very methodical approach to improving the conversion rate. First, they audited google analytics implementation and made sure all events and revenue tracking is accurate. Then they put a survey pop up on our website to gather some insights around what stops our traffic from buying.

Then they called and emailed a few of those responders to clarify and confirm the objections. Then the team analyzed the data and came back with 4 hypotheses about how based on the survey data they can improve the user flow. Out of those hypotheses we picked 2 that in our opinion have the highest chances and gave a green light.

The team then came back with the design and they also implemented the hypothesis using Google Optimize. When the test is launched the team verifies that there are no issues by opening up the test to 10% of the traffic. If there are no issues, then they open up a 50/50 split between control and variation.

When the outcome is statistically significant they declare whether a test is a winner or a loser. In this specific project, the team wanted to optimize the checkout and improve the Ecommerce Conversion rate from Checkout to Purchase ratio.

There was a Project Manager, one of the founders, an analyst, designer, and frontend developer working with us. They also brought on copywriters on a case by case basis.

The recent successful test showed 8.5% improvement to the checkout flow. The hypothesis was around adding on the payment steps 2 blocks of information: "30 day money back guarantee" and "customer reviews that trusted us".
