I’m the owner of Craig Van Lines, a family-owned moving and storage company serving Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., and Maryland. We offer personalized residential and commercial relocation services for local and long-distance moves.

We needed to build a new website for our company and improve leads from our SEO and SEM campaigns.

Conversion Pipeline has built a new website for us. They also maintain and optimize the website for SEO and execute monthly SEO and paid advertising campaigns for our company in the Washington, D.C., metro area. The team has handled all aspects of the website and ongoing campaigns.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Conversion Pipeline has delivered a new website that better converts visitors into customers. We’ve seen better conversions, lower costs per click, and more new business from their SEO and SEM campaigns. Our PPC conversion rate before working with Conversion Pipeline was around 1.5%; now, it averages between 5%–7%. Our average cost per click has decreased from $12 to $6–$9. Most of our leads now come from online. Our lead volume has increased from an average of four to five estimates a day to an average of six to seven. At one point, it was as high as 12 per day for several years. It’s since decreased due to the slowdown of the real estate market.

How did Conversion Pipeline perform from a project management standpoint?

Conversion Pipeline’s owners work closely with me to ensure any paid advertising or website projects are done on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been impressed by how they’re part of my team. I depend on them as much as I would a family member working for our family business.

Every digital marketing company can always send you more leads.
