CONSYSTEAM conducted a comprehensive operational transformation for our agency. The engagement began with a deep audit of our business processes to identify bottlenecks. Based on these findings, they implemented a culture of asynchronous work, restructuring our communication flows to minimize meetings and maximize time for 'Deep Work.'

On the technical side, they automated the client onboarding process, specifically the contract signing and initial briefing stages, removing manual administrative friction. Finally, they structured and built a centralized Corporate Knowledge Base ('Corporate Brain') to preserve our agency's expertise and streamline employee training.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CONSYSTEAM s.r.o. could have done differently?

I have no complaints. The only thing I would change is that we should have hired them sooner to avoid the operational growing pains we faced before their intervention.
