I'm the owner of a roofing company in Orlando, FL.

For what projects/services did your company hire Consumr Buzz, and what were your goals?

We hired Consumr Buzz to do a total overhaul of our website and marketing campaigns that we started with a different company a few years earlier. Our goals were to increase our online visibility and start generating more client leads for roofing construction.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had a good friend of mine recommend Consumr Buzz after they helped him with his landscaping company. I trusted his recommendation and I'm glad I did. Consumr Buzz is the best SEO company I've ever worked with.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

To start, I scheduled an appointment to speak with one of their analysts. On that call, we first talked about my business and things that I've tried in the past. He thoroughly typed everything out so that he could build a detailed service plan for my business. Then he shared his screen with me and recommended a few services that he believed will help my business grow.

And he was 100% spot on! He first wanted to correct old and outdated information that was online about my businesses. So we started a listing management program that updated it all. From there, they started on a new website that came out absolutely beautiful. Whatever they did with the website worked really well because it comes up now on the first page when people are searching for roofers. They also redesigned my logo

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

First was someone in a scheduling department that scheduled my appointment with the analyst that recommended the services. Then I was assigned an account manager that called me regularly to update me on the progress and talk to me about different designs of the website. She sent me rough drafts of the website while they were building it and we made changes as needed.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the website went live, we didn't see much of a difference at first but that was explained to me before I agreed to the services. But within a few months we started to see a big difference in site traffic. And having most of my company information corrected online, we started getting more and more calls for roofing jobs. The price I paid Consumr Buzz came back to me 100x over and is still producing for me.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They were excellent at keeping me informed on the process and next steps. They didn't over promise any of their services and were straight up with me from the very beginning.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'd say their communication skills and professionalism were outstanding. Like I said, they didn't over promise anything. They delivered on time and hiring them was one of the best decisions I've made for the company so far.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. It took a little longer than I initially expected but that was on me. I thought this was something that could be done in a day or two. I didn't realize the extend of the work that needed to be done. So no, they were amazing.
