We wanted to research the market, determine the geography of our target customers and prioritize companies by their level of production.

How did you select this vendor?

The sales process made a very good impression on us. It seemed to us that they understood the task better than anyone else.

We had weekly online meetings to discuss interim results. But we didn't see any results until two days before the deadline

I only had contact with the project manager. The working group consisted of four people

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got nothing but wasted time and money. Not only did they fail to complete the project within the stipulated time frame, but the information they provided was false, incomplete, and unverified. The documents contained numerous errors and there was a complete lack of citation of sources and no clear methodology used in the research. It was clear to me that this company simply did not know how to properly conduct market research.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had to point out their mistakes. It was extremely unproductive

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We asked for a refund and they ignore it

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

They should be more responsible and not sell things they are not competent in
