What was the scope of their involvement?

Connection Marketing started with a discovery phase to understand our business model and priorities. After that, they implemented their strategy based on our conversations and their analysis. They’re currently doing PPC banner ads for us, and they manage our Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. They create content, post it, and then monitor it.

I work directly with around three people, including Michael (President). My team also works with several other people from Connection Marketing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We measure two crucial metrics: our lead volume count and the cost per lead. Within the first 12 months, Connection Marketing had increased our lead volume by a whopping 54%, and they decreased our lead cost by 30% — a formidable achievement. 

Additionally, they had a record high of paid leads for us in 2019, about 150% higher than our previous agency's results. Collaboration is most important to Connection Marketing; they listen to us and our needs. Because of this, they’ve not only improved the number of leads but also their quality, which is important. 

How did Connection Marketing, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re excellent at project management. They gave us a customized dashboard that allows us to gauge their progress, and we typically communicate through phone calls and emails. My team meets with Connection Marketing a couple of times a week to go over analytics. Meanwhile, I meet with Michael often enough to see if we need to redirect any efforts or strategies.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with how Connection Marketing listens and cares. As a result, they find our true needs and adapt to them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing they need to improve comes to mind at this point; we’re really satisfied. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

We did a tryout with Connection Marketing, and I would advise you to try them out on your product before you engage. That worked really well for us because we compared our previous agency — that we were reluctant to leave — to Connection Marketing, which enabled us to take the plunge.
