Connection Lab is an engagement coaching company. We offer experiential learning workshops and programs that focus on human collaboration and communication. For over a decade, we've worked with organizations and individuals who want to deepen their interpersonal, team-building, and management skills. The Connection Lab Pass app extends the experience well beyond the workshop — continuing the learning and practice, building a shared language and culture throughout the organization. Through self-coaching tools and group cohort support, the app keeps individuals growing and teams aligned between sessions and long after the program ends.
