We looked for experience and the ability to understand both our needs and our corporate culture. After looking at other alternatives we knew that they where a good fit for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were determined to measure what our conversion rate would be after deploying the new technology and websites and tis increased dramatically. Also the time and cost savings that came from the implimentation of the project

The project management was implemented via an interactive crm with structured and planned meetings and deadlines that where always met in a timely fashion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to be intuitive about the thoughts we had that we could not articulate into development jargon was great. Understanding our business and taking the time to go over and beyond what was expected.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes sure, coordinating time zones abit better but this really was not their fault as we are in different time zones.
