We initially approached them with messy books, but they’ve streamlined everything and created a proper process for every report and number. We used to get reports after 20–25 days, but now, we get them on the 10th of every month. Everything is automated now, and the error rate has been reduced to around 2%–5%. We have exact clarity on our numbers, and that result is working for us.
