CanisHub is a personalization and marketing automation suite and I handle the business and operations of CanisHub.

For what projects/services did your company hire Computerface?

Our biggest challenge was to create a clean, responsive and light UI for our dashboard and creating personalization widgets for the product that are compatible with multiple e-commerce code and structure.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to create light weight, responsive UI and personalization widgets and emailers.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We were referred by a common friend last year and we have been working on this project for more than 6 months. Our main focus for selection was to understand the grasp on HTML, CSS, JS, Angular and React, which we found satisfactory in the beginning and with time we found that timely and precise with their work.

They designed and developed the new UI for our reporting dashboard and created various personalization widget for e-commerce sites. They also helped us build customisable emailers for product recommendations.

What was the team composition?

I use to speak to project manager of computerface and he used internally handled the work. This makes the coordination simple and efficient.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our project was agile with small milestones every alternate week that they were able to deliver on time. We also got feedbacks with our process that helped us improve our project delivery rate. This helped us close this project earlier than we planned.

The coordination was never a problem. It was one point of contact from their team and our team. We chose Slack and Asana for managing our tasks and it was handled professionally.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Timely delivery and quality of code.

They need to scale their team to accept more projects.
