I needed help with web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They make technical updates to my website. I provide them with updated information to be included in my email newsletters, and they integrate it into my website and email marketing system.

They’re also responsible for streamlining my website for SEO purposes; this includes fiddling with image size and improving site content. I’ve put the team lead directly in touch with my third-party clients, and he addresses their web concerns.

What is the team composition?

My only direct contact is the client manager, who sometimes delegates tasks to the larger team behind him.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their work has dramatically improved my lead generation. While I write my own content, they’ve done a marvelous job of managing my email marketing system. While exact results are different to quantify, their efforts have made a significant impact on the amount of business we get.

How did Complitech Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very good on this front. They’re available via WhatsApp, Zoom, and phone call, and they’re very responsive. Despite working on different sides of the globe, the workflow with them has been smooth.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re extremely cost-effective for the work they provide. They’re also reliable, personable, receptive to feedback, and quick in their high-quality delivery.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I can criticize them about. They’ve been very helpful.
