From the ground up, they developed a website for both desktop and mobile users.  We started by working with them to identify and comprehend our target audiences.  Meeting market expectations was our main goal.  Research on market insights into the behavior of US-based consultancies, their primary target audiences, and user behavior on those websites was necessary to achieve that aim. Creating a seamless desktop version of the website was the primary objective.  Then came the mobile option.  In the beginning, we conducted an iterative process of research on the topic.  They worked on design templates, UX, and wireframes.  Following that, we created a number of design concepts and tested them with a target demographic.  In essence, we conducted AB testing with a few industry participants before moving on to implementation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We used Google Analytics to monitor the outcomes.  With a new domain and website, we have grown from zero to 3,000 unique users per month in the six months since debut.  That is consistent with the information we obtained from the contact form.

It was a seamless encounter.  One of the main reasons we hired them was because they utilize the same tools as us.  They utilize InVision and Figma for design, which made cooperation quite easy.  We utilized Basecamp to facilitate communication among all project stakeholders, which was crucial given that the work environment is remote.  My headquarters are in Palo Alto, but I work in Vancouver. We also utilize Meet or Zoom for video conferences.

 Working with someone who speaks the same language as you may make things lot simpler at times. Complete Web Graphics performed well in this regard.  Because they speak many languages, we can all communicate with our US stakeholders in English and continue to do so on a regular basis.

Their individuality, in my opinion, sets them apart from their rivals.  When a firm expands beyond a studio, it attempts to scale and loses sight of its emotional attachment to the work.  It's crucial that a studio maintains its essence as it expands.
