Briefly describe what your company does and your role there.
Our company was a full service Upholstery Shop which included services for the regular consumer and commercial consumer. We submitted bids for City and County Municipalities and preformed major Upholstery services for such bids once secured.

To move away from 1099 and into a payroll system which takes out proper taxes for each employee.
