• User Growth: Over the course of three years, Mutlu Patiler's mobile application experienced remarkable user growth, expanding its active user base from 0 to 80,000. This substantial increase in user engagement demonstrates the effectiveness of the application in reaching and resonating with its target audience. They were really good at handling their time and resources, which made us feel confident in their abilities. Moreover, they were incredibly approachable and understanding. They took the time to grasp our technical needs and always offered solutions that fit our requirements. It felt like they were part of our team, working towards the same goals.

It reassured us that we were in capable hands and that our project was in line with industry standards. One area where Commentout could have improved is in their pricing. While their services were top-notch, they were on the expensive side, which sometimes strained our budget. However, they consistently delivered results that justified the investment, adhering to the principle of "giving the money's worth." Offering more flexible pricing options or exploring cost-saving measures could make their services more accessible without compromising quality.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CPO for our company App Samurai, We have a product called as Storyly which is an SDK for mobile & web that enables to show any content in story format.

For what projects/services did your company hire commentout, and what were your goals?

We have an SDK and a CMS dashboard. The first app we need was for doing a showcase at our sales meeting, so the sample app uses all the features Storyly has. There were different showcase apps we hire commentout to develop. Another app was the mimic of our CMS dashboard and it's used by our clients to add a story to their application.

Their approach was fascinating in the first place because they were like they are developing their own project. The lead of the project in commentout, provided proactive feedback for our design and they were always on time.

We provide the design. We evaluated the design together with commentout, Commentout shared the project plan. Commentout shared beta version for UAT. We approve "what's done",They launched the app on behalf of us

It depends on the project but all the time we had at least 3 people from commentout which focus on our project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They were on time regarding the project plan. They had a great change management skills and didn't extend the project lifecycle

We were using Telegram instant communication, dedicated periodic meetings to see what is going on with the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were not just OK with the features we had in mind, they always offer some extra stuff. It was so great to work with people who have ownership even if they are contractors.

Not sure.
