The team translated our website and documents in various European languages such as French, English, German, Dutch, Norwegian, and Finnish. Aside from that, Collegando srls also helped us with managing our e-commerce platform.

We found them online and we also heard good things about Collegando srls from our partners.

How much have you invested with them?

Our company pays €600 (approximately $700 USD) per month in order to remotely manage our website. Meanwhile, the charge for their translation varies on each assigned content.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2018 and with their reliability, we continue to be partners now.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, we are so happy with their work. They gave us additional opportunities to expand our company to the world. As a result, many countries became interested in our products. Collegando srls gave us an additional advantage because they themselves are looking for new opportunities and new ways of reaching our customers. 

At this time, we have expanded our horizons and pool of customers just because the team thoroughly researched on what languages can be best to translate our website to. Their outstanding support allows us to drive our business higher and they impressively do it through their remote services.

How did Collegando srls perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re always available during the week, either through email or phone calls. For us, communication is easiest over email. With our effective communication, we have established a very friendly relationship with them. Basically, we collaborate well together.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always on time with deadlines. The team makes suggestions to improve our services and the way people look at us. Additionally, they are very creative. If we have a question about a translation, they answer very quickly and are always available after the service is delivered to satisfy any doubt or question we have. 

We like that they’re always improving their services and implementing new improvements in our company as well. What I enjoy the most is that they’re always available for every question we have.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Collegando srls could improve on adding more languages to their offered services to help our company reach more people and eventually, be a global brand.
