Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• Website - built according to our specific needs, many iterations as well as necessary room left for future evolution once the company is ready for it business-wise. 
• Events management system - a very specific tool for us in use in events organization/ co-organization that enables seamless event page creation as well as management of registrants/ attendees; a user-friendly, easy-to-use database of sorts.Tool leaves necessary room for future evolution into a more whitelabel-type solution (not needed for now but will be in the future). 

Overall IT guidance and support included help in choosing the right vendors/ solutions along the way as well as tips on how to solve for issues we spotted along the way from a business and/ or legal perspective.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is ready and the management system is basically ready - the fact it's taking a little longer is because we're constantly looking for ways to calibrate it in order to fit market needs and/ or client requirements (in essence the market is constantly making us reshape certain assumptions). Thanks to Collabwire's assistance regarding ongoing support and guidance we have opted for optimized solutions and/ or external vendors.

Collabwire was always responsive and came up with solutions or ideas on how to move things forward in the right direction. They were always timely and collaborative.

The proactive approach as well as holisitc approach to development - inclusive of both change of plans on our end as well as actively looking for ways to address issues we may stumble upon in the future.

Probably warn me this one will take a little longer than 10 minutes to fill in ;-)
