What impressed us most about Codwa Studio was their personalized approach and commitment to understanding our needs. Their combination of attentive service and a client-oriented mindset made the overall experience stand out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Codwa Studio could have done differently?

Yes. In our early projects, we would begin the design phase before the client's materials—such as text, photos, and service details—were ready, which ultimately necessitated revisions.
Now, we require the core materials and a one-page project brief before design begins, and we agree on the revision process from the outset. We are also preparing project handover documentation so that clients clearly understand what needs to be managed post-launch, such as hosting, data backups, and access to Search Console.
