Development of a mobile application,kiosk applications for FeelEat that integrates with their smart fridges. The app should allow users to scan a QR code on the fridge to access its contents, select items for purchase, utilize NFC for transactions, and integrate with payment gateways for seamless payments. Additionally, it should support user authentication via Face ID or Touch ID, enable users to add items to favorites, leave comments, provide feedback.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It sounds like project was a real success story, blending NFC technology, IoT integrations, payment gateways,bio metric authentication and a sleek kiosk app, all while fostering a tight-knit team spirit. By focusing on security and enhancing user experience, Project not only met deadlines but also exceeded client expectations, ultimately improving customer satisfaction. 

The measurable outcomes here could include on-time delivery, positive client feedback, and enhanced customer experiences, all pointing towards a job well done!

The team followed Agile methodology, conducting daily stand-ups, refinement, planning, demos, and retrospectives. They utilized skype,discord, Jira. They aligned well with existing workflows and had internal stand-ups for cohesion. Weekly checkpoints with stakeholders ensured service quality. Deliveries were timely, and they were responsive to our needs, maintaining effective communication and utilising the designated tools efficiently.
