CODINITY

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of KingOfStats, a small app company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire CODINITY to accomplish for your company?

We needed help with the final adjustments of our app using FlutterFlow, RevenueCat, and Google integration.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

CODINITY worked on our app's purchase flow and subscription management. The team also fixed the AI credit renewal and a registration problem. The project was divided into three phases. In the first phase, the team corrected the yearly package identifier so the yearly subscription purchase could be completed without crashing.

They also aligned the AI credit values across the purchase flow and the RevenueCat webhook. Additionally, CODINITY populated a default KOS brand entry so first-time non-linked installs could display the intended default branding rather than the generic fallback. The team ran a real sandbox purchase and extended the RevenueCat webhook to handle cancellation and expiration events, updating the subscription status accordingly.

In the second phase, CODINITY designed and implemented the monthly AI credit renewal mechanism. The team also triggered a real subscription cancellation via Google Play sandbox and confirmed the app correctly reflected the change.

In the third phase, CODINITY conducted a full regression pass across the app for both coach and manager roles. The team also provided a verification checklist and short handoff notes summarizing what was changed and how to test each fix going forward.

However, this did not impact the final delivery or outcomes in any significant way, as the team remained responsive and ensured all issues were resolved successfully within the expected timeframe.
