How did you come to work with codexi?

Someone referred codexium to us. I chose them because they were a great culture fit, and I was impressed with their product knowledge and how easily they described the process, which was backed by numbers.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with codexium in January 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

codexium has delivered a complete website with the integrations I asked for, which has immediately improved our efficiency and credibility. The lead engine has produced leads at a fraction of the price I was paying prior to the completion of the engine. On the efficiency side, the Codexium team has built and integrated a roofing cost calculator based on national average numbers with some customization for the pricing. That tool alone has saved me time, as the calls that come in for roofing questions include what's the average price, and those calls have mostly stopped. Now, the calls have converted into actual estimate requests, which I consider a big efficiency win. Moreover, the quality of the calls has improved, and the team isn't answering vague questions. As far as the leads, I've seen a drop of about 40%–50% in the cost per lead, taking into account the setup fee and recurring monthly fee.

How did codexi perform from a project management standpoint?

Codexium's project management is impressive. They stay on point with timelines and deadlines. The team works with me and made communications easy to understand. They speak in a language I can understand and stay away from their native jargon and big words. The team has ensured I understand how the system works, and I've been able to implement it with their support.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It's easy to work with codexium. They understand not only their product but also its real application in my industry.
