We collaborated on several projects, each following a structured process to ensure success. The scope of work began with a thorough onboarding phase, during which our team shared detailed project requirements and the CodeUnion team provided valuable feedback, questions, and suggestions. This step ensured a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and allowed us to deliver beyond basic expectations.

Together, we focused not only on the core functionality but also on usability and the impact of UX/UI on conversion rates. Once key deliverables were agreed upon, the CodeUnion team implemented design updates, new features, and functionality improvements on our clients’ WordPress and Shopify platforms.

CodeUnion was tasked to design and develop a new website for cashbene.com using custom WordPress theme. Our main objectives were: fresh and contemporary graphic design, functional blog and easy navigation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am happy with our collaboration during the process as well as general outcomes of the project. We clearly see, that implemented solutions work well for our business (increased number of leads and conversion rates).

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Main project management tool used during the collaboration was Asana. I could see all project divided into task as well as follow the progress. We worked in SCRUM methodology (weekly sprints). Time used by developers was tracked with Clockify and I could follow my expenses.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Experience, creativity, flexibility and great level of communication - I felt fully supported and calm during the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CodeUnion could have done differently?

For now I am very pleased with the outcome. Our new website met all our expectations.
