We also wanted to improve internal security awareness so we engaged them to deliver employee awareness training to help our team to recognize and respond to common threats such as phishing and social engineering.

The scope of work covered three main areas. First, CodeTechLab performed a Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) engagement, scanning our systems for security gaps and then attempting controlled exploits to validate real-world risk. Second, they provided cybersecurity consulting, reviewing our existing security practices and advising on improvements to bring us closer to industry best practices. Third, they delivered employee awareness training to help our staff identify and avoid common threats such as phishing attempts and social engineering tactics.
