I’m the founder and CEO of AgentListsPro, a marketing agency that does done-for-you marketing for real estate agents.

What challenge were you trying to address with Codeswifters?

I hired Codeswifters to build a website and landing page for my business. The objective of the website and landing page was to communicate the done-for-you lead generation and marketing offer for real estate agents.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Codeswifters designed and developed the website and landing page. They also designed and developed a custom CRM that allows my team to manage agents and campaigns. The team handled everything from planning and design to development and deployment.

The scope of work included custom CRM design and development, landing page design and development, website design and development, API development, Meta ads sync, territory mapping, and lead routing.

How did you come to work with Codeswifters?

I found Codeswifters through an online search. Their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Codeswifters from January to July 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The major outcome of the project is that the CRM is live, and it’s handling around 7–8 agents. It’s tracked around $27,000–$29,000 (USD) in revenue. Our agents are very happy with the CRM.

Before, my whole team was using Excel sheets and tracking revenue manually. After getting the CRM, we’re saving a lot of time. It’s a huge improvement for us.

Moreover, the Meta integration is excellent because we’re tracking all the campaigns in real time that we’re running for the real estate agents. We’re tracking the amount spent on the campaigns and the leads we’re getting from those campaigns.

How did Codeswifters perform from a project management standpoint?

I received weekly updates from Codeswifters. Thanks to their very good management, the team delivered on time. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their planning, working style, and transparency are impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing specific Codeswifters could improve on.
