We were starting a project for developing a Supply Chain Management software with a duration of 6 months. Our in-house team was busy working on other projects and we were looking for a backend developer to help us with the new project. Coder Scotch Technologies has provided a senior backend developer with Laravel and PHP.

The first time we worked with Coder Scotch Technologies, they made an impression with excellent communication. The senior backend developer that they had proposed for the task matched our requirements for the technology stack and their price was within our budget.

The scope of work was developing a custom Supply Chain Management software. The technology stack was Vue.js Laravel, AWS. We have assigned the backend (Laravel, PHP) to Coder Scotch Technologies.

We hired one dedicated backend developer with Laravel. Their manager - Nikunj was very responsive and helped us manage the project better.

The project was delivered on time and our client was satisfied.

We managed the project with Scrum, Trello, git, issue tracker. Coder Scotch Technologies were always available for daily standup and the other meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are always responsive and try to find solutions to all problems. They know their strengths well and always take serious consideration of our requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would recommend Coder Scotch Technologies to other companies. It is always difficult to trust an outsourcing company, but they are doing their job well.

From time to time, our workload requires us to expand our software development team to meet deadlines. I contracted with Coder Scotch on a number of different projects. Nick and Dixant are some of the most skilled designers I've worked with within the past few years. They're quick. They pay keen attention to requirements and most importantly get the job done. On one of projects, our clients site was hacked. Coder Scotch quickly caught the damaged files, cleaned them and restored the platform back to normal within 24 hours.

We reached out to our networks and posted ads on platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork and Fiver. We conducted numerous interviews. We needed strong communication, sharp adherence to details and timelines. Coder Scotch delivered.
