What challenge were you trying to address with CodePlateau Technologies?

We needed someone to develop a mobile application.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

CodePlateau provided mobile app development. They built it from scratch using Laravel technology and designed its UI/UX design. The application was created for Android and iOS but was only published on Android. We plan on going live in the App Store soon.

The CodePlateau team also helped us with web development and SEO. They generated leads and assisted with customer acquisition. In terms of SEO, I provided them with some keywords.

What is the team composition?

I worked with the whole team from CodePlateau, which consisted of around 8–9 people. There were 3–4 working on the UI design, and 2–3 teammates were working on the app development.

How did you come to work with CodePlateau Technologies?

My colleagues referred CodePlateau to me.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent approximately $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project lasted from July 2019–November 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have yet to see results because the project just finished. However, we were quite happy with the quality of their work. 

How did CodePlateau Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

The CodePlateau team was very clear about their deadlines. Most of the time, they even delivered early.

Whenever there were crashes, it usually took only two and half hours for them to resolve them. If there were delays, it took 1–2 days.

We used Jira for project management, and communication was typically through phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can't identify anything that particularly stood out — everything about them was good. Overall, the experience was great, and CodePlateau did remarkably well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing they could do better.

Any advice for potential customers?

Give them shorter deadlines if you want the process to go faster.

I’m the owner of a language-learning mobile app that helps its users to learn different languages.

I don't have much knowledge about building mobile app development, so I hired them to develop Android and iOS versions of my app.

What were your goals for this project?

To build the application that offers effective language learning options.

How did you select this vendor?

I put the project on Upwork, and they bid for the work.

First we discussed the different technology options. They then implemented the iOS and Android development.

What was the team composition?

Their salesperson introduced me to the project manager. I had great discussions with the project manager, who assigned a backend developer, a mobile app developer, and a designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This project is just a prototype. I wanted to see how things work in mobile and check if there is market for the idea, which I am still doing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was great and very smooth. I received daily project updates over the Upwork portal, with a call every Friday to go over demos.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team’s attitude, design sense, and technical knowledge are very good.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, there were no bad experiences.

I am the owner laundry business and running a small laundry business neaby my homes. Our Company serving laundry services more than 1000 peoples in months.

Our business was offline, so hired codeplateau team to build mobile application we get orders from mobile application

We want our system online, so people can place their laundry request online and pay online. They can select pickup and delivery feasibility according to their time

We were looking online for mobile app development company near by my location on google search. We have ask to quotes to few company. But we get best quote from codeplateau and there approach to build application is great

After brief discussion over phone we arranged meeting with codeplateau. 1. They list down all points 2. Then creates mock ups screens of mobile 3. The actual development started 4. first beta launch date was set and before that they have given app us to test.

What was the team composition?

Firstly Codeplateau build a team with me 1. project Manager - is responsible to end to end execution 2. UX designer - is responsible to design mobile screens and take approval from me 3. Backend and mobile developer - those are responsible to create mobile and it's backend.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Withing the launch date, We have started getting online order through mobile app. First week we got 100 orders then after that it's start increasing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

workflow was very smooth and great.

2. Codeplateau sending daily updates we they make sure we are on track
3. then we having weekly meeting where they give us demo whatever they build

What did you find most impressive about this company?

1. Codeplateau take detail requirement of project
2. They form agreement for payment so you don't have to pay all money at once. You have to pay in milestone
3. CodePlateau Technologies is very strict about deadlines. They delivered my app within the timeline.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Codeplateau testing team has to improve. Because in beta version i have found few issues.
