CodePhusion led a full redesign of our biotech website. They ran a discovery phase to understand our scientific platform and audiences, then created the site map, content structure, and wireframes for pages like Home, Science, Pipeline, Team, News, and Careers. After alignment, they delivered high fidelity designs consistent with our brand.

They then developed the site using a modern front end stack and integrated it with a CMS so we can manage content ourselves. They implemented responsive layouts, on page SEO, and performance optimizations, and configured analytics and tracking for key actions. Key deliverables were the live website, CMS setup with reusable components, migrated content, analytics configuration, and documentation with a short training session.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within the first three months after launch, website traffic increased by about 45 percent and organic traffic grew by about 50 percent. Average session duration went up by around 60 percent and bounce rate decreased. Qualified contact form submissions from partners, investors, and candidates increased by roughly 35 percent. Page load times improved on desktop and mobile, which helped user engagement and search visibility. Partners and investors shared positive feedback and said the new site explains our story and science much more clearly.
