In general, Codeanuts helped us in delivering our platform MVP from closed testing to public release. Codenauts have done the number of things on our platform, but the main deliverables were: 

• Polishing existing features before doing closed tasting. 
• Adding several new features users request, like improvements to case lists, messaging, notifications and dashboards. 
• Testing the new changes with existing clients. 
• Release the updated platform with a new landing page to the public.

Key outcomes from the project: 

• Adjusting the platform to clients needs through continues development and testing, 
• Releasing our first MVP to the public

Management was fine. Most importantly, the time and finance valuations were precise, and the project ended as planned. There were no negative surprises. Milestones were delivered on time, fixes done quickly and meetings were scheduled as needed. The team was highly available and really supporting.

Their precise and granular valuation was impressive. Thanks to that, we were able to select features that were crucial for our MVP and aligned with our budget.

There were some minor bugs. However, they were fixed quickly and had no negative outcome on the project and our experience.

Codenauts was hired in order to develop the MVP of the AI-based Virtual Ski Coach as well as to integrate it with our original machine learning algorithm. We got along well as a partners what get us the best result with our available budgetary and timeline constraints. The main deliverables were: 

• A mobile app for iOS for our users to engage with the product. 

We chose Flutter for this. Due to the nature of our application we needed our app to pair with both algorithm and devices cameras or camera rolls.

• Delivering the MVP on time

Project Management was created in the first fortnight of development. We created the forms and meaning of communication as well as proper channels to do so. The final layer of management was calls (at least once per week) to ensure everything was clear and that we could provide questions and answers to each other as necessary in order to avoid any misunderstandings.

The hired team is flexible, willing to share knowledge, and think critically. They worked quickly; everything was done according to our needs.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

As we were working together in multiple project i will split it a bit: Consulting: Technical review of startups/startup ideas. Consulting founders in strategic IT decisions. Our platform: Building business and technical documentation, software architecture, consulting ux/ui designers. We had weekly meetings, optional (for us) daily meetings and more. The result was good documentation, analysis and the whole foundation for the project (we had to cancel it because of external reasons after a few weeks).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to correctly choose and invest in multiple startups which now moved to more mature stages, doing first big fundraising rounds or growing with private capital. We had no disruptions in our work, been able to quickly adjust to changes and our foundation is growing faster each year. Our foundation also referred them to two startups in which they had successfully developed two products (IoT and mobile),

Our needs are not spread evenly throughout a year so our communication was adjusted to that. In hot periods we were having regular weekly progress meetings and many calls on the fly. During calmer periods we have a 3 week status meeting. Everything is delivered on time, they always point out potential risks, they double check on our understanding and quickly respond to calls/email and messages.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think for us it was the flexibility. We have really specific needs focused on a few periods in the year and more simple ones throughout the whole year. We were able to adjust the contract and collaboration to that fact. Working with startups required confidentiality and ndas and we were able to fulfill our requirements.

It is hard for me to find anything when writing this review.
