Pain points:

• The app being generally slow and lagging 
• More frequent workout loading and buffering issues 
• Community section glitching 
• The notifications section not being able to function properly for unknown reason 
• General instability of the app 
• things constantly break after working perfectly fine the day before. For example, some parts of the text in the admin section would just disappear or users would not be able to create private messages with other users. Or some parts of the admin panel (Shopify section) would just become unclickable all of a sudden. Or search bars would stop working randomly. 
• Potentially excessive usage of third-party plugins. One of these recently broke the app completely. We were getting the Page unresponsive message and then the app just crashed. We would like to optimise our plugins usage if possible. 

Goals:

• Resolving the issues mentioned in Pain points

• Functional push notifications campaigns with set-up triggers, display conditions and destinations of landing after clicking the notification

Codemap's project management was exceptional. We've worked with a couple of different teams previously on this same app and we've never had project management of this quality. They demonstrated a strong understanding of timelines and milestones, consistently delivering items on time or even ahead of schedule. Their proactive approach to project management ensured that deadlines were met without compromising on quality. 
In terms of responsiveness to our needs, Codemap's team was outstanding. Whenever we have concerns or required adjustments, they're quick to address them with professionalism and efficiency. Their communication was clear, and they were always available to provide support and guidance whenever necessary. Overall, their project management and responsiveness significantly contributed to the success of the project.

We switched to Codemap mid-build to redesign and improve our platform. Since then we have employed them to build our mobile native apps as well as many new features, including some major overhauls of our systems.

Project Management from Codemap was impeccable. Communication is clear and concise, not to mention extremely consistent. We are always up to date on our status. They deliver on time and on budget. They were flexible to changes to scope to help us adjust as we build.
