Backend Implementation of Profit Decay Logic: I developed a crude MVP as a proof of concept for the app’s unique profit decay logic. • The app being generally slow and lagging 
• More frequent workout loading and buffering issues

• The notifications section not being able to function properly for unknown reason 
• General instability of the app 
• things constantly break after working perfectly fine the day before. For example, some parts of the text in the admin section would just disappear or users would not be able to create private messages with other users. Or some parts of the admin panel (Shopify section) would just become unclickable all of a sudden. Or search bars would stop working randomly. 
• Potentially excessive usage of third-party plugins. One of these recently broke the app completely. We were getting the Page unresponsive message and then the app just crashed. We would like to optimise our plugins usage if possible.

We started with a minimal design and presented it to codemap. We had initially set the amount of front and back end pages with integrated APIs for payment, app usage, AI generation, and a custom feel for each user. Codemap set conference call meetings and weekly updates throughout the hole process making it very easy to keep up with the progress and completion of the app.

The project included a week of support, bug fixes, and integration to the App Store and Google play (for android and Google customers). They helped transfer all ownership back to me since I was not very technologically capable with my understanding of how the majority of the project worked. After completion, they archived the communication feed for future reference and left the communication channel open for all future updates/new projects.

They used a project board that showed each step and who was assigned to each step of the process. The project management was fantastic and all deliverables were on time or ahead of the scheduled time. I am very happy with how it turned out and with everything and everyone that helped with the project.
