in general they digitalize and kind of automated our paper related work and they helped us to control our financial operations very well. now we can manage our stocks very well, pre calculated profits that we have, we know about our revenue now, we can hide our profit amount now from our employees as we wanted.  we can see everything with a great dashboard and analytics that has been provided. something special that they have integrated barcode scanning to avoid manual data entry.

they were giving us weekly report and per report we were giving them some suggestions as needed. there was no problem and no limitation with revisions, they were flexible. within the time that was given to us they finished the work and gave us few days to check it.

they did not had something like saying NO and they really delivered something valuable compared to cost they have given us.

there is no need to ask for every small thing from client because they are company because sometimes they know better than client and we respect that as client.
