I’m the president of a private educational center.

What challenges were you trying to address with Code Cheetahs?

We needed help with web development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Code Cheetahs has been providing e-commerce and website development services for us. In addition, Code Cheetahs has done website backend management, provided advice on growth for our products, and given general counseling about the e-commerce fit within the world wide web ecosystem.

Regarding their web development work, they’ve helped us create a content website with e-commerce integration. Code Cheetahs has given us ideas on how to best evolve our platform for the overarching purposes of what we do, mainly through content. In terms of tools and technologies, Code Cheetahs is using WordPress and PHP.

Moreover, Code Cheetahs is providing maintenance and updates for the platform.

What was the team composition?

We’ve only been working with Burke from Code Cheetahs’s team.

How did you come to work with Code Cheetahs?

A colleague recommended Code Cheetahs to me, and after a long chat with Burke, he offered to do some work for us to see whether we liked it or not. The work was satisfactory, so we continued to work with him.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2015, and the engagement is ongoing on a contracting basis.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in click-through rates, website usage, and leads since we launched the platform Code Cheetahs created for us. Metrics-wise, in December 2015, we had 500 monthly users, and now we have 40,000 users weekly. Overall, Code Cheetahs has exceeded our expectations.

How did Code Cheetahs perform from a project management standpoint?

Burke delivers the work on time, within budget, and communicates well with us. Regarding tools, we mostly use emails, but we also have phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Code Cheetah’s biggest strengths are Burke’s integrity, industriousness, creativity, faithfulness, loyalty, consideration, and character.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything Code Cheetahs can improve on.
