For what projects/services did your company hire Codaemon LLC, and what were your goals?

We needed B2B checkout functionality to be added to our e-commerce website with additional purchase order options.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We spoke with different developers and appreciated that Codaemon had completed similar tasks for other clients. They seemed very knowledgable about how to get the job done.

They added a customer pre-approval registration page to our checkout, as well as the option for clients to complete the order via purchase order. The items came with emails sent to customers and our company alerting us of new customer registrations.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There was one project manager, 2 developers, and one business lead.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They've done a great job with communicating what they need from me to get the job done. Then they executed well and checked with me for feedback when they were near completion.

We did email communication. They also made some videos for me to demo what they created or to show me how to turn on certain access.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very responsive and helpful!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sometimes it wasn't totally clear at first how to give them the access they needed, but after some clarifications, it was smoother.

Updating old custom PHP websites. Wanted to stop my servers crashing and improve back end system performance.

I interviewed a number of freelancers but this team had the right set of skills I needed.

I wanted to improve my server setup, streamline my inventory update process, and work to better customize my email automation and content management system.

Between 4 and 5 developers total.

My server performance has improved. We have implemented an inventory utility that helps us upload inventory items.

They use a shared Google drive, Zoho tasks, and slack to monitor workflow. We also have weekly calls and discuss next steps and goals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The amount of depth of resources I am getting and the competitive price point that I am paying.

There have been no issues so far.
