• Perform stress testing of our apis/endpoints
• Perform security audit of our infrastructure, web/mobile apps to find any vulnerabilities or possible security liability.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had not set any success criteria for the project as its not possible to set one for a QA/Security audit related task. Having said that, we know Co-Ventech did an exceptional job as during their 6 months tenure of audit/QA of our apps, they were able to find out many bugs in our mobile apps which were later fixed by our team. They also found some security vulnerabilities in our infra and guide us to mitigate them.

I found their product management to be quite satisfactory. They used to set goals for every cycle and share it with us to get feedback about what they are going to do for the next cycle. If we asked them to prioritize something else, then they were more than happy to make changes to the cycle. They used to share with us a report/summary of their findings at the end of each cycle so that if there is any major issue found our team can parallelly start the solve them.

The team worked on five milestones, including API access and authentication setup, Local Services Ads (LSA) message retrieval, GoHighLevel (GHL) calendar and contact integration, LSA reply action, and QA, documentation, and handover. For the GHL calendar and contact integration, Co-Ventech created HTTP request nodes that upserted contacts in GHL from the LSA payload, fetched availability from target calendars in the sub-account, and created appointments in the selected calendar.
