Most culture work fails in one of two ways: performance first and people second, or a values poster nobody believes. We work on the leader and the system around them at the same time, because one person cannot hold a culture on their own.
Three ways to work together. One-to-one coaching for founders and CEOs, one deep session a month plus direct access in between. A six-month leadership team program: coaching for the leader and every team member, a workshop each quarter, and a written progress report. Workshops and offsites, half a day to three days, ending in a 90-day roadmap.
Every framework used in the work is published free in an open library of 39 protocols, because if a thing only works while the coach is in the room, it is a dependency rather than a system.
