The project was about designing Avero Health as a web app from scratch. We needed to shape the product experience from the ground up, define a clear interface, and create a UI/UX direction that felt professional, usable, and strong enough to support the product as it moved forward.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am very happy with the results I am getting so far. Since this work started from scratch, the biggest outcome has been seeing the product take real shape with a clearer, more polished, and more usable design direction. It has made the project feel much more concrete and well put together.

They are very good at communicating all aspects. We would communicate regularly in messaging and then provided feedback via loom links as well as direct comments in Figma. Worked flawlessly

Clyro has handled everything from our idea to execution. The team has created a great information architecture and a complete web and mobile UI/UX full-scope project. Clyro has delivered everything in phases with precise timelines, milestones, and deadlines. The team has also provided me with an hourly tracker for transparency of time utilized. Overall, Clyro has delivered information architecture, wireframes, designs, and prototypes.

Clyro has improved the whole scope of work and idea. For every tracker, we’ve come to know what are good-to-have features versus must-have features, which has made our development internally much leaner.

I’m the founder and CEO of YouHue. We’re a digital ecosystem that supports whole-child growth, helping students reflect on their emotions and experiences. We also give educators insights to guide their development in and beyond the classroom.

What challenge were you trying to address with Clyro?

We needed help carrying forward the growth of the YouHue platform. We also needed to take full ownership of its design, preparing the design for upcoming features and ensuring that our existing product and brand felt cohesive and consistent across the entire experience.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Clyro works on both our educator dashboard and our student app. They’ve enhanced several existing features and designed multiple new ones. They’ve also helped improve the overall user experience across the platform, identifying areas where our users are struggling and suggesting better UX solutions.

On the educator dashboard, Clyro has worked on enhancing our Activities feature and our Resources feature. They’ve also helped improve the way reflections are presented and managed for students. In addition to these, they’ve contributed to various other features across the platform.

How did you come to work with Clyro?

We came across Clyro through an online search when looking for a design partner for YouHue. We chose Clyro because, from our initial calls, their portfolio stood out, and their leadership team clearly understood what we were trying to achieve with YouHue. That gave us confidence they’d be the right design partner for us.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our project with Clyro started in February 2025, and it’s still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One clear outcome has been the speed at which we’re now able to get designs ready for development. Having Clyro take full ownership of design has also freed up my own time as a founder to focus on other parts of the business. We didn’t formally track metrics, but design delivery is now much faster and more efficient compared to when we were handling it internally — it’s 4x faster.

How did Clyro perform from a project management standpoint?

Clyro’s project management has been excellent. Communication is clear, delivery has been on time, and everything is handled very professionally. They’ve responded well to our needs throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was their proactive approach and professionalism. They don’t just wait for direction; they actively bring ideas and suggestions to the table, which has been very valuable for us.

At times, the design work on the student app needed a bit more iteration compared to the dashboard, but the team was always open to feedback and willing to refine things.
