I’m the CMO of Baltic Cranes, a construction company. We provide professional solutions for selecting and using tower and mobile cranes, offering equipment rental and expert services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

What challenge were you trying to address with CLVR Design?

We had a dire need for a brand and website makeover. The user navigation toward our company was poor, and the whole picture seemed unrepresentative. Our branding was old-fashioned and stale, so we hired CLVR Design to fix these issues.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CLVR Design provided branding and created a brand book. They also designed the website’s UI/UX and developed the front end. The team created design systems.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

CLVR Design’s work led to better lead generation for sales. We visually stood out from our competitors in the market, and we got more marketing connections and collaborations. Our internal stakeholders were very on board with the change and the new youthful character it represented.

How did CLVR Design perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management in terms of communication was extremely smooth. Both sides had hiccups and bumps regarding deliverables, but they were understandable to both parties, and we remained very professional.We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
