Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Founder and Managing Director of a personal admin company. We create one place to sort store and manage your documents and personal admin.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire CloudPixel Infotech?

Cloudpixel was hired to help establish a robust and thought through dashboard for consumers to digest their personal data and information. As well as initialising the full stack, CloudPixel provided support to the website.

What were your goals for this project?

Create a seemless member experience by using intuitive workflows and automation within the website. Ensure website uptime was kept to 100% and respond to business requests / needs.

How did you select CloudPixel Infotech?

After reviewing multiple companies, I dealt with Kalpesh. Kalpesh instilled me with confidence that they could handle the role and was able to work through solutions by providing examples of previous work. There was a small initial task, that has lead to an ongoing successful relationship with CloudPixel.

Describe the project in detail.

Our Agile work is aligned jointly to ensure we capture all possible factors, scope and dependancies for each new task. We discuss the requirements in detail and then work through a timeline for testing and user acceptance.

What was the team composition?

My dealings are all through Kalpesh. There has never been a need to deal outside of Kalpesh.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our integrations and website has been running smoothly now for several months and no errors / downtime has been recorded

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very Effective. We keep communication lines open and have a chat function between companies / teams to ensure that questions can be asked and answers provided in both directions.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

On call rate, their response is always extremely fast.

Are there any areas for improvement?

only minor things that are easily rectified once advised. completing an actionable item but not back dating the change to update previous data received.
