• While we had the expertise in designing an innovative medical device, we needed a strong Development Partner for Architecting and developing the software solution.
• The challenge was communicating with the device over Bluetooth and transferring the data securely over cloud.
• In addition to Web Application, we also needed a mobile App for both Android and iOS.

We have worked with the CloudOnHire founders and mainly with their Single Point of contact. They internally take care of Development and Testing.

CloudOnHire developed a Web Application as well as mobile App for both Android and iOS. Initially, our hardware team worked with their software application team to get the device to communicate with the application over BlueTooth Then they came up with a Design for the application. CloudOnHire took twelve weeks for Design and Development. Initially they released the Mobile App on Playstore. Feedback from end users were quickly incorporated.

Then the Mobile App was released on both Playstore and iOS. Currently, the team supports us in enhancements and maintenance. During the complete process, we have provided them the business requirement and they have suggested the technology solution. The CloudOnHire team interacts with our customers to understand the requirements and come up with a holistic solution. We have been extremely happy with the solution delivered. Post deployment support is a key aspect of their service.

CloudOnHire identified the integration with device using Bluetooth as the main challenge. They worked on a prototype and ensured it worked as per our needs. Then we broke the project into 3 phases. First was Web Application, followed by Mobile App for Android and finally Mobile App for iOS. We regularly have discussions with their team and provide feedback during development. At end of Development, our team tests the system and provide additional feedback.

Later the application is deployed to Production. CloudOnHire works over the weekend during deployments to make sure our users are not impacted. CloudOnHire understands that we are a start-up and have priced the services reasonably to support us.

DOQFY needed a Contract Automation tool built on DotNet platform. CloudOnHire designed/developed the web application that allowed the users to generate and eStamp contracts online. It was developed using DotNet Core and SQL Server. It supported multiple branches with independent dashboard that showed performance at Branch level. It also supported a dashboard that showed overall performance of all branches.

We had a daily standup with their development team. This helped delivery of the project on time and as per our requirement. Any changes required were quickly made based on our feedback during weekly demo. Even though the project was Fixed Price, CloudOnHire were receptive to changes that helped final solution better than originally planned.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were most impressed by their technical know-how, especially the strength in .NET Core. We were also impressed by the process followed right from Proposal, Estimation, Requirement Analysis, Coding Standards and Testing.

Though there weren't any major challenges in the project, they were happy to take feedback during our regular meetings and work on them.

The project was started with stakeholders on both sides meeting and identifying the requirements. Later, XpertLearning and CloudOnHire identified a Single Point of Contact who worked with their respective teams and identified the action items. The two SPOC's worked as a team and made the required customization to the platform.
