Our email deliverability rates has increased about 35%, significantly reducing bounce-backs and spoofing issues.

Thorough access review and fix of over-permissioned accounts on various Azure Subscriptions and resources, significantly strengthening our cloud security posture. 

Improved Microsoft 365 email deliverability and security by fully implementing SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and Anti-Spam system.

CloudNow houses an incredibly talented team, they have very deep understanding of Windows Server and it's services and Microsoft Cloud Technologies.

No doubt the team has large experience, the turnaround of the service was very fast.

Beyond day-to-day support, CloudNow acted as a strategic advisor, helped us shaping our IT roadmap, budget consious, and stay aligned with industry best practises.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CloudNow could have done differently?

I think they need a bit of improvment on their documentaiton process. The documentation they gave us is good, but I would not rank as great. - Or maybe is just my way of look at documentation.

CloudNowSolutions was engaged to enhance our organization's cybersecurity posture by implementing and managing Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. Their team worked closely with us to assess our existing security landscape, identify gaps, and build a centralized security monitoring and response solution.

The scope of work included :

• Initial Security Assessment of our Microsoft 365 and endpoint environment
• Deployment and Configuration of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Plan 2
• Integration with Microsoft 365 Defender and Azure Security Center
• Development of Security Policies and Device Compliance Rules

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After implementing Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Plan, we quickly noticed a real difference in how secure and manageable our environment became. In just a few weeks:

• We saw about 35% fewer false-positive alerts, which really helped our SOC team stay focused on actual threats instead of chasing noise.
• The quality of alerts also improved we started catching suspicious activity that had previously slipped under the radar.
• We also tightened our compliance by applying standardized security baselines across all devices, which helped us enforce our internal policies more consistently.

CloudNow managed the project efficiently and delivered everything on time. They were highly responsive, flexible with our requests, and always quick to address our needs it felt like working with an extension of our own team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CloudNow could have done differently?

At this point, we haven’t encountered any major issues. If anything, more regular check-ins after deployment would be helpful to ensure everything stays optimized, but overall we’re very satisfied with their work.
