CloudHeads Ltd

CloudHeads is a small automation studio in Pafos, Cyprus. We build workflow automation in n8n and custom AI agents with Claude, for established businesses that have outgrown doing something by hand.


Typical work: connecting systems that do not talk to each other, taking a manual process that runs every week and making it run itself, reading documents that arrive as PDFs and phone photographs, and putting a conversational AI in front of a phone line or an inbox. We also work with Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform where that is the right fit.


We run what we build. An AI receptionist we built answers our own phone. A property management platform we built is in daily use at a development on the island. Our apartment in Pafos files its own paperwork. All three are ours, which means we can show how a system behaves when something goes wrong rather than describe how it behaves when everything goes right.


Studio rather than agency: you deal with the person building the thing, and we will say when something is not worth automating.
