I'm Digital Marketer at Boomfit. We are a sports & fitness equipment online store that sells to all Europe.

We hired Closum to engage with our costumer and prospects. We wanted to use e-mail marketing to support our inbound strategy.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Closum offered us an easy to go plataform to define our audiencies, markets and send them our personalized newsletters. We have even created automated emails for specific actions of our costumers.

At first, we've set targets that we wanted to achieve, then created all our audiences. On the second step we've defined our content for newsletters and its weekly frequency. On the third step we've defined with actions would trigger an automated and personalized email.

We have worked with their account manager, costumer support, web developer and digital marketer.

We've grown our sales through email marketing and grow de AOV.
