I'm the VP of Sales & Marketing for a POD nitrile glove company.

For what projects/services did your company hire RevvSpark?

Our company developed a new technology in an industry where there has been very little innovation. We were working on a got to market strategy to notify the world that this new technology exists.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

RevvSpark came highly recommend from an investor of our company.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

We provided RevvSpark with our target consumer and what the ideal customer of Image Gloves would be. The RevvSpark team built a great go to market plan to approach that customer. RevvSpark has also been a huge part of our website rebuild. They advised us on all aspects of the redesign and how to make our site more efficient.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our main point of contact is our project lead and the CEO/Founder. They are both on almost all calls and emails.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Working with RevvSpark to redesign our website and create a go to market plan set our company up for success as we worked to launch a new product. Since we started with RevvSpark our online sales are up 80%

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have weekly calls to review progress on all areas RevvSpark is assisting with. We also receive a weekly progress email by our project lead.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really make you feel like they care about the success of your business. They are invested in their customers and are really thorough and thoughtful in their feedback and suggestions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am someone who prefers to speak on the phone over emails. Once I voiced this to the team they adjusted and now we have more phone meetings.
