Client Loop is a Norwich software studio run by its two founders. We build software around the way a business already works, rather than making it fit a template.
Our main work is bespoke management systems for clinics and service businesses: online booking with deposits, client records and notes, photos and consent forms, automatic reminders and follow-ups, staff rotas, payments and reporting, all in one system instead of a patchwork of tools. Our flagship project is the system Norwich Face & Body Clinic runs on every day. It went live in August 2026 and handles bookings, clinical records, client messages and finances for a team of specialists.
We also design and build websites for local businesses, from simple brochure sites to sites with booking and enquiry forms.
You deal directly with the people writing the code. After launch we look after hosting, security and ongoing changes on a monthly plan, so the system keeps up as the business changes.
