Clevex is a founder-led website design studio in Hartbeespoort, North West, run by Zack de Beer and Francois Potgieter. We design new websites, redesign outdated Wix, WordPress and DIY sites, build online stores, and build websites you can pay off monthly. The two of us design and build every site ourselves: no account managers, no outsourcing and no templates.
Prices are fixed and agreed before we start. Pay once-off: Starter R5 500, Growth R8 500, Custom from R14 000, half to start and the balance at launch. We host every site free on Cloudflare, so your domain is the only running cost. Or pay it off monthly from R599 a month for 12 payments, with hosting, a domain and Care included and no deposit, and the site is yours after the 12th payment. You can stop any time with no fee. Most websites are live about 14 days after the first payment.
We also build custom business software: stock management and invoicing systems, quoting and booking tools, client portals, dashboards, and integrations with your website, payments and email. For Stone Library we built Tiles & Squares, which runs their stock, quotes, invoices, commission and payroll in one system.
We meet clients in person in Hartbeespoort, Pretoria and Potchefstroom, and work with the rest of South Africa over WhatsApp, calls and video. Websites in English, Afrikaans or both. We reply within 2 working hours.
How we work: tell us about your business on WhatsApp or through the quote form. We study your business, customers and competitors, then send a fixed quote and honest advice, even if that means a smaller build. You see the design early and give feedback, and we launch when you're happy with it.

Our Story
A premium, custom website used to be something only big companies could afford. We started Clevex in 2026 to give local businesses the same: a website built around them that brings in work.
There are two of us, Zack de Beer and Francois Potgieter. We design and build every site ourselves, in code, with no account managers or outsourcing: when you message Clevex, you're talking to one of the people building your site.
