Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and CEO of Black Hills Solutions. We provide automated stockroom vending machines and lockers for companies.

I hired Clematis Technologies Pvt Ltd to help architect and develop the software side of my solution. The platform is built in ServiceNow, and I wanted a group that could scale up and down depending on my needs. They leveraged their experience working with other system integration platforms to build my vision.

I needed to meet the high expectations of my clients without going broke.

So far, I have been winning RFPs with my client prospects. As my large global clients give feedback and suggest modifications, Clematis has helped to fix bugs and make enhancements. My client's expectations have been met, and they are happy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

At first, we didn't have a strong hand-off between the developer and the UAT specialist because we hadn't built in the systems testing. Once we put that step in, everything has been great.
