We are an e-learning company that partners with universities to run the operational side of their online programs.

For what projects/services did your company hire Clecotech International Private Limited?
We hired Clecotech to create a scalable website and a CodePipeline for building and deploying sources. We needed a partner to help us building launch it.
What were your goals for this project?
The goal was a cloud-based website that met our requirements.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We selected them based on recommendations from our partners.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
They built the website using Ruby On Rails and it was something similar to Canvas LMS . The project also required experience in API Gateway, AWS S3 and RDS.
What was the team composition?
They provided two full-time Ruby on Rails developer, two full-time Javascript frontend developer, and one development operations manager.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
I trust Clecotech. I can go to bed at night and know that I will not wake up in the morning to a user complaint about website or login errors, something I experienced on a weekly basis with my previous agency. I have a very high level of confidence with Clecotech.
Their maintenance package includes built-in alerts i.e Airbrake, none of which have been triggered yet. If something were to go wrong on the Clecotech side, I am confident they will know about it and resolve it before I hear of it from a user.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Their development workflow was based on the Agile/SCRUM approach. We had daily sync calls as well as weekly planning meetings.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They’re a team of problem-solvers that strive to find the perfect solution. If I give them an idea, they'll challenge me to improve it and discover the best possible direction. I appreciate their keen understanding of our needs and their approach to achieving success.
Are there any areas for improvement?
At this point, there’s nothing they could be doing better. The whole project has been very smooth, and I hope it remains that way.
