ClearView was engaged to augment our team with back-end infrastructure upgrades, front-end deployment of designs and all round jack of all trades regarding pushing project development forward.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Development team was very happy with ClearView's ability to augment internal skillsets that were stretched thin. Therefore, we were able to move faster without needing to source and commit to full-time employees. ClearView's ability to scale up or down a team was very attractive.

Hyper responsive to managements and teams communication and asks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Caliber of talent was better than expected for an outsourcing firm. Strong english language skills. Great cultural fit and team enjoyed interacting with contractors.

Flexible supply of capable, motivated, and engaged staff Involvement in their internal hiring processes when sourcing new staff

Some complex management processes (e.g. handling PTO for part-time staff); however this seems an artefact of their use of BambooHR; contacting helpful ClearView mangement easily resolved the issue.
